LoopLemon is operated by b4analytics, registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect through looplemon.org, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

We only collect what's needed to run trial lessons and respond to questions:

• Booking a free trial lesson: parent's name, child's name, parent's email address, child's age, and the program of interest.
• Contact form ("Have a question first?"): your name, email address, and your message.

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand overall site traffic (e.g. page views and which sites refer visitors here). Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors across sites — it only provides aggregate statistics. We don't use any advertising scripts, and we don't collect anything beyond what you actively submit through the forms described above.

Why we collect it

This information is used solely to:

• Schedule and confirm your child's trial lesson
• Send you a confirmation email and, separately, notify the instructor of the new booking
• Respond to questions submitted through the contact form

We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Legal basis

We process this information based on your consent (by submitting the form) and because it's necessary to provide the service you've requested — arranging a lesson or responding to your enquiry.

Who we share it with

We use Resend, an email delivery service, solely to send booking confirmations and notifications. Resend processes the email content and recipient address needed to deliver these emails and does not use this data for its own purposes. No other third party has access to the information you submit.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to manage your child's lessons and for basic administrative/accounting purposes, after which they are deleted. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us using the details below and we'll delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you or your child
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw consent at any time

Children's information

Because our lessons are for children, the information we collect (a child's name and age) is provided by a parent or guardian through the booking form — not by the child directly. We only use it for the purposes described above.
